What is our shipping policy?

Products will be shipped after payment has been cleared which varies between 2-3 business days. Custom orders for Ombre Hair Extensions and Wigs can take longer to ship due to the need for quality of preparation. Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been processed and shipped unless delivery is via mobile services in Connecticut. This could be anywhere from 1-2 days before your order is due to be delivered. During holidays, inclement weather, and sales, shipping may take a little bit longer. If customers live in the Hartford County, hair can be delivered via mobile. 

What is our refund policy?

Due to the nature of our business all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.
